Fix env var for disabling web client hosting in README
JELLYFIN_NOWEBCONTENT is not read anywhere. The setting is the hostwebclient config key, and environment variables are bound with the JELLYFIN_ prefix, so the working form is JELLYFIN_HOSTWEBCLIENT=false.
